How it Works:

We strive to ensure transparency and open communication throughout the entire process. Our team is committed to addressing any questions you may have and will work with you to accommodate special requests or unique design considerations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take pride in delivering quality results tailored to your vision.

Shipping:

We typically ship via Canada Post. Costs will be included in the written estimate you will receive. In the event of a postal strike, we will find an alternate carrier. Local pick-up and delivery is available.

We are not currently shipping to the USA.

Once the project details and pricing have been established, we will provide you with a comprehensive estimate. Alongside this estimate, you will receive a payment schedule outlining when each payment will be due throughout the duration of the project.

The first payment will be required prior to the purchase of leather and fittings necessary for your project. This ensures that all essential materials are acquired and your project can proceed without delay.
